“Nothing’s more important to me than my family,” says TAR 2004 Chairman of the Board Dave Dalzell. When you hear him talk about them, you know he means it. Joyce, his wife, is executive director and head instructor for Faithworks, a nonprofit faith-based job-training program she established. The Dalzells have four children, all between the ages of 22 and 26. There is no doubt that Dave and Joyce have shared their ethic of service with Jonathan, Jana, Jessica, and Jamie, as is evident from their professional, educational, and community endeavors.
