One of the most frequent complaints clients have about real estate agents is a lack of frequent communication. The problem often arises when there is no activityeither no interest in a house for sale or no new properties that meet the buyers criteria. You know there is nothing worth reporting, but your client may interpret your silence as a lack of effort on your part. The solution is easy. Early in the relationship, ask your clients how often they would like to hear from you, even if you dont have any news. Then stick to that schedule.
