Model office policies for do-not-call, fax, and e-mail rules
Attorneys from the Texas Association of REALTORS® have developed three model office policies to help you comply with the do-not-call, do-not-fax, and do-not-e-mail laws. Access all three documents at TexasRealtors.com by visiting Legal Tools > Reference > No-call, Fax, E-mail Rules. You will be prompted for your TexasRealtors.com password.
You can use these models to develop your own office policies. They do not address all aspects of the new rules, and simply enacting them as written does not excuse you or your agents from potential liability associated with the new rules.
