Click more than one item with
your mouse
Click more than one item with your mouse
Combining your PC’s mouse click with the Ctrl or Shift keys enables you to select more than one item from a list of files, photos—whatever you want. To select several files listed in sequence, click the first one and, while holding down the Shift key, click the last one
in the series. The selections will stayed highlighted as long as you continue to press Shift.
To highlight selections not in series—for example, the first, fourth, and eighth files listed in a folder—use the Ctrl key. Again, hold down Ctrl while you highlight as many selections as you like.
