Zip tip: are you up to date?

Subscribers to ZipForm 5.0 will receive e-mails whenever form revisions become available. Here are a few tips to make sure you are using the most up-to-date forms:

• Notification is sent to the e-mail address you input when you last registered for a ZipForm activation code. If your e-mail address has changed since then, get a new activation code and submit your new e-mail address.
• There are two types of forms revisions: 1) changes to the content of the forms themselves, and 2) programming changes that make the forms function better. The e-mail will specify what type of change has been made to each form.
• Once you have downloaded the update to your computer, you must still install it. To do so, find the downloaded file on your computer and double-click it.
