Take a lesson from the pros

When you marvel at an outstanding professional photograph, you don’t see the hours spent in preparation or the 47 other shots that didn’t quite measure up.

No need to go to those extremes, but the same principles will serve you well. Take a few minutes to look around a property to determine its strong points and how to capture images of them. Clear clutter out of the way and arrange furniture if necessary. Then, take plenty of shots. Use various settings on your camera and shoot from different angles. You need only a few good pictures to grab the attention of house hunters.
