Forms changes adopted, revisions proposed

 

Revisions to the following Texas Association of REALTORS® forms have been adopted:

1406 – Seller’s Disclosure Notice

2508 (new form) – Information About Property Insurance for a Buyer or Seller

1912 – Notices Regarding Contingency Under Addendum for Sale of Other Property by Buyer

1913 – Seller’s Notice to Buyer of Removal of Contingency Under Addendum for Back-Up Contract

1925 – Buyer’s Walk-Through and Acceptance Form

1504 – Notice from Buyer’s Agent to Seller

2006 – Residential Lease Inventory and
Condition Form


These forms are available in the Forms section of TexasRealtors.com. Form-fill vendors should update their libraries before the end of June. You may now use the revised forms and should cease using prior versions of the forms by June 30. See page 18 for more information on the changes.

Revisions have been proposed to the following Texas Association of REALTORS® forms:

1501 – Residential Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement

1503 – Termination of Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement

1505 – Amendment to Buyer/Tenant Representation Agreement

2201 – Residential Leasing and Property Management Agreement

2204 – Multiple Property Addendum

2205 – Addendum for Authorization to Act for Owner Before Owners’ Association

2206 – Repeal of form 2206
