Wanna get there really fast? Whether youre heading to your Web-based MLS, online banking site, news headlines, or other Internet addresses you frequent, you can set up one-click access that doesnt even require you pulling up your list of favorites. To set up a shortcut directly on your browsers toolbar, find the icon to the left of the URL in the address box. Click on that icon and continue to press the mouse button while you drag the icon to the Links toolbar (some browsers may call this the Favorites toolbar). The icon will appear with the name of the site next to it. Now, anytime you want to visit this site, you simply need click the icon you created. If you want to change the name that appears with the icon to something shorter, right-click the name and select Rename. Illustration © PictureQuest.
