The Texas Association of REALTORS® provides members with several free online resources to help you more effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking consumers and clients. Marketing fliers. Download, personalize, and print handouts for buyers and sellers in English and Spanish at www.texasrealtors.com/web/1/12/members/free.htm. Forms. Blank copies of
many Texas Association of REALTORS® forms translated into Spanish are available at TexasRealEstate.com. The association’s redesigned consumer Web site, TexasRealEstate.com, includes a Spanish section with valuable information and tips for buyers, sellers, and homeowners. Use this site and its information to help promote you and your business. Resources from other organizations. You can find information for buyers and sellers on the HUD Web site (HUD.gov), which all can be displayed in Spanish. You will also find Spanish resources on FreddieMac.com and HomebuyingGuide.org.
