ZipForm adds Net Sheets

ZipForm is distributing a new version of its industry-leading software that includes formatted Net Sheets for seamless digital document management. ZipForm’s new Net Sheets feature helps agents calculate estimated buyer closing costs and seller net proceeds. Net Sheets take into consideration buyer costs such as taxes and title insurance. For sellers, Net Sheets automatically include expenses like real estate commissions and legal fees. The Net Sheets come with defaults that may not reflect amounts common in your area, so you should carefully review the defaults and use figures common in your area.
