What’s the big deal?

Were you involved in a significant transaction in 2002? TAR is accepting applications for the William C. Jennings 2002 Transaction of the Year. Judging will be based on merits of the transaction, creativity, and application of commercial principles and practices. The size of the transaction is not a factor in the judging.
