NAR offers certification

Created in association with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, NAR’s At Home with Diversity provides the tools you need to assist buyers and sellers from all walks of life. The course comprises six modules, each with different learning objectives.

Module 1: Learn how diversity sensitivity and inclusion of all people promote business success.

Module 2: Discuss the impact of stereotypes and demonstrate ways to communicate across cultural boundaries.

Module 3: Identify sources for community demographic information. Learn how this data offers a glimpse of future employee and client bases.

Module 4: Review fair-housing laws and discuss how they support inclusion.

Module 5: Create personal and professional strategies to support inclusion and diversity sensitivity.

Module 6: Implement program’s strategies with course toolkit and other diversity resources.
