You can't be with your clients every time they visit a property, but your image can. A company called AptHand has introduced customizable software that enables you to add your image, name, and contact information to a consumer homebuying guide for Palm-type PDAs.

This Palm application, Promotional PDA Home Buying Guide, assists buyers with their decision-making process by providing a place to input the various features and impressions of each listing visited. Because most people have difficulty remembering these details, it’s helpful to have this information organized and portable. The program also includes a basic mortgage calculator.

While the software’s database capabilities appeal to homebuyers, its start-up screen promotes you and your services. Every time users turn on the program, a picture of you, your name, and your contact information display on the screen. Once you purchase and set up the software, you can post it on your Web site for unlimited free downloads. It serves as a helpful tool for your clients and provides a great benefit for visitors to your site.

The software is available for $150 and is compatible with any PDA running the Palm OS.
