Association members who use TAR preferred partner RealtyeZine.com to send monthly e-mail newsletters to clients and prospects now have the option of branding the product with their companys graphic identity. Agents have always been able to include their names and photos, but now brokers can customize the service to include their companys graphics and Web-site designs. Some brokers opt to remove the RealtyeZine label from the message altogether, which gives the appearance that the e-mail came directly from that brokerage. The HTML-based e-mail requires no work or input from agents other than supplying e-mail addresses for recipients. RealtyeZine writes the articles and homeowner tips in a format customized to one of five marketsAustin, Houston, the Metroplex, San Antonio, or Texas in generaland delivers the newsletter to recipients e-mail inboxes each month. More information about the service is available on RealtyeZine.com.
