Renew Your license online |
||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
|
In August, the Texas Real Estate Commission became the first state agency to offer online license renewals. The service was only offered to brokers at the time. Now, salespersons can renew their licenses on the Internet, too. Renewal fees remain the same, but a convenience fee is charged to cover additional costs associated with the service provider of the online service. Salesperson renewals are for two-year salesperson renewals only. Late renewals and those under the Salesperson Annual Education Requirement are not available online. To use the online service, you must have a Web browser with 128-bit encryption. The online renewal system can be accessed at www.trec.state.tx.us/app_online.
