If you’re considering something a little less mainstream, you can price ice rinks, jails, frat houses, and funeral homes. Costs displayed include low-quartile, median, and high-quartile projections for the total project as well as breakdowns for plumbing, electrical, and total M&E. You define the square footage and select a ZIP code for the project. RSMeans also offers a more-detailed cost calculator for a fee.
