What’s the big deal?

Were you involved in a significant commercial transaction in 2001? TAR is accepting applications for the William C. Jennings 2001 Transaction of the Year. Judging will be based on merits of the transaction (40%), creativity (20%), and application of commercial principles and practices (40%). The size of the transaction is not a factor in the judging.
