TREC adopted the following

Assumption Addendum
TREC repealed the following
forms:
- 21-4 (TAR 1602)
One to Four Family Residential Contract, FHA Insured or VA Guaranteed Financing
- 31-2 (TAR 1606) Residential
Condominium Contract, FHA Insured or VA Guaranteed Financing
The revised and new forms
were available Nov. 1, and the mandatory date for using them is Feb. 1, 2002.
The new forms are available on TexasRealtors.com. Copies of the new and revised
forms have been sent to form-fill software companies.
