TAR launches commercial property exchange |

Commercial real estate practitioners in Texas can now input property data once and have it simultaneously published to multiple Web sites, including personal and company sites and CCIMNet, the national commercial-property online database. The Web-based commercial property exchange will aggregate data from five CCIM chapters in Texas, as well as local commercial information exchanges throughout the state. All properties automatically upload to CCIMNet, providing additional national exposure for Texas participants properties. Participation is open to all commercial real estate practitioners, and participants retain ownership of the data. The system, accessed through TexasRealtors.com, enables participants to assemblein real timedetailed property-marketing packages including:
The service, which includes its own software, is free to all CCIM designates and candidates. For others, cost is $24 per month for TAR members and $29.95 per month for nonmembers.
