Shrink your files

Think of the filing-cabinet space you would save if it were possible to print a 32-page document on four sheets of paper. To accomplish this feat with a Word document, select File > Print, then look under the Zoom heading for the Pages per sheet option. Four pages per sheet is a good choice (any more than that and the type becomes difficult to read), and you can double your output if your printer gives you the option to print on both sides of the paper.
